GROWING SEASONS
Most of our produce is grown on site at our farm; however, early in the season or when
we are waiting for a crop to mature, produce is brought in from other locations.

As in any farm operation, weather conditions may affect dates of availability and
quantities of fruits and vegetables.

All vegetables and most fruits are grown on raised plastic covered beds with drip
irrigation.  This plasticulture method makes for a better, bigger product and allows the
plant to receive water to the root system rather than from overhead.

Most early season plants are started as seeds in a greenhouse and are transferred to
the field as they become larger and weather conditions permit.
